We aim to make healthy eating practical, enjoyable and consistent through nutritious meals, standardized recipes and quality ingredients.

We are looking for a passionate and disciplined Chef / Junior Chef to join our kitchen team and contribute to building a trusted healthy-food brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare healthy Indian and Continental meals according to standardized recipes.
- Execute high-protein, balanced meal preparations while following approved menu specifications.
- Maintain accurate ingredient weighing, portion sizes and serving consistency.
- Coordinate with the nutritionist and kitchen team to implement menu plans.
- Maintain food quality, taste, presentation and consistency across orders.
- Follow kitchen hygiene, sanitation, food safety and proper food-storage procedures.
- Manage ingredient usage, minimize food wastage and support cost control.
- Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of customer orders.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and follow daily cleaning and inventory procedures.
- Contribute to recipe development,



menu trials and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, Food Production or a related field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of relevant cooking experience preferred.
- Knowledge of healthy Indian and Continental cuisine.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, portion control and ingredient handling.
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and work efficiently during busy production periods.
- Strong discipline, teamwork, punctuality and willingness to learn.
- Interest in nutrition-focused cooking and healthy food preparation.
