We're hiring: Executive / Sr. Executive – Strategic Finance Office (SFO)

Fast-growing businesses often outgrow their finance setup before they're ready for a full-time CFO. That's where SDU's Strategic Finance Office comes in. We act as the finance oversight layer that helps founders stabilise, strengthen and scale.

We're looking for a sharp, hands-on professional to join the team.

What you'll do

- Diagnose finance and process gaps, and design practical fixes
- Build SOPs, approval matrices, DoA and control frameworks
- Design MIS packs, dashboards, budgets and variance analyses
- Support ERP implementation work
- Help clients get audit-ready and investor-ready

What we're looking for

- Chartered Accountant - 1–3 years of experience




- Strong accounting fundamentals and advanced Excel
- An analytical mind that can turn numbers into clear recommendations • Comfort working directly with founders in rapid-moving environments
