Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to manage financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and financial control activities in a listed company. The candidate should have strong technical accounting knowledge, analytical capabilities, and experience handling time-sensitive financial deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quarterly and annual financial results, including standalone and consolidated financial statements, wherever applicable.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Ind AS, Companies Act, 2013, and financial reporting requirements.
- Support the preparation of disclosures required under SEBI regulations and stock exchange guidelines.
- Review general ledger entries,



balance sheet schedules, intercompany transactions, and account reconciliations.
- Manage monthly and quarterly closing processes and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and other external professionals.
- Monitor tax compliance, including GST, TDS, advance tax, and income tax returns.
- Assist in tax assessments, audit observations, and regulatory queries.
- Develop and monitor internal financial controls, accounting procedures, and risk mitigation measures.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial analysis, cash flow statements, and management presentations.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, working capital monitoring, and cost-control initiatives.
- Coordinate with the Company Secretary and finance leadership for timely regulatory reporting.
- Identify process improvements to enhance financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance.

Required Skills

- Qualified CA with 4–6 years of post-qualification experience.
- Prior experience in a listed company or a reputed organization with structured financial reporting processes.
- Strong understanding of Ind AS, financial statements, and statutory compliance.
- Working knowledge of SEBI LODR and stock exchange disclosure requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
