Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–5 years of relevant experience in US Accounting to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end accounting operations for US-based clients, preparing financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, and supporting financial reporting, reconciliations, and tax-related activities.

The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to streamline financial operations, improve processes, and coordinate effectively with CPAs and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations for US-based clients.
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Handle general ledger accounting, journal entries, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and other management reports.
- Calculate commissions and handle related financial workings.
- Coordinate with US clients, CPAs, and internal stakeholders for accounting queries and documentation.
- Assist with audits, compliance requirements, and basic US tax-related activities.
- Manage payment processing and provide technical support related to income tax and GST.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, workflow automation, and operational efficiency.




- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and meet reporting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in US Accounting.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP, financial reporting, general ledger, AP, and AR.
- Hands-on experience with reconciliations and month-end/year-end closing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and other relevant functions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience handling multiple US clients.
- Basic knowledge of US taxation and regulatory compliance.
- Prior experience in a KPO, BPO, accounting outsourcing, or financial services firm.
- Exposure to accounting process automation and workflow improvement.
- Experience coordinating with US-based CPAs and stakeholders.
