We are looking for an experienced and qualified CIMA / CA with hands-on experience in taxation, international transactions, and export-import compliance, preferably from a manufacturing background. The candidate should be capable of independently managing tax compliance, reviewing accounting processes, and supporting the organization's financial and regulatory requirements. Tamil or Kannada is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle direct and indirect taxation, including Income Tax, TDS, and GST compliance.

- Manage foreign accounting, forex transactions, and international financial reconciliations.

- Handle export-import accounting, documentation, and related statutory compliance.

- Oversee financial reporting, audits, and statutory filings.

- Support accounting, MIS, and compliance activities in coordination with internal teams.

Requirements

- Qualified CA / CIMA with 5+ years of relevant experience.





- Proven experience managing accounts and taxation for a group of companies with significant turnover.

- Strong knowledge of direct and indirect taxation, foreign accounting, and export-import procedures.

- Manufacturing industry experience preferred.

- Must be based in Bangalore.

- Fluency in Tamil or Kannada is mandatory.

- Immediate joiners are preferable.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
