Salary Range: 1 LPM to 1.25 LPMRoles:

1. Financial Strategy & Leadership

- Develop and execute the organization//'s financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Provide financial guidance to the management and leadership team.

2. Budgeting & Financial Planning

- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Monitor budget utilization and optimize financial performance.

3. Financial Reporting

- Oversee preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

4. Treasury & Cash Flow Management

- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, investments, and treasury operations.
- Ensure adequate liquidity and productive utilization of funds.

5. Taxation & Statutory Compliance

- Oversee GST, TDS,



Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance with applicable regulations.

6. Audit & Internal Controls

- Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Strengthen financial controls, risk management, and governance practices.

7. Project Finance & Fund Management

- Manage project finance activities, fundraising, loan documentation, and coordination with banks and financial institutions.
- Evaluate investment opportunities and capital expenditure proposals.

8. Team & Stakeholder Management

- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
- Coordinate with auditors, government authorities, banks, trustees, and senior management.

Qualification:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory
- MBA (Finance) or CFA will be an added advantage.
- Experience in handling finance for large organizations or educational institutions will be preferred.
