About the Role

Web InfoTech is looking for a proactive, relationship-oriented professional to manage channel partners, referral partners, freelancers and existing client accounts. You will build our partner network, generate business through referrals, and drive repeat business and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard channel partners, referral partners, consultants and freelancers
- Explain our services, partnership model, referral process and commission structure
- Follow up with partners to generate qualified leads, and maintain partner and referral records
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients and handle their queries and service requests
- Coordinate with the technical team on project progress, bug fixes, updates and delivery timelines
- Follow up on payments and renewals (AMC, hosting, domain)
- Upsell and cross-sell websites, custom software, OMS, mobile apps, SEO and digital marketing
- Coordinate meetings, proposals and closures with the sales team
- Update the CRM and share weekly reports on partners, referrals,



conversions, renewals and pending follow-ups
- Escalate critical client and payment issues to management

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (business development, marketing or management background preferred)
- Good communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple client and partner relationships
- Basic understanding of websites, mobile apps, software and digital marketing preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets and email
- Robust follow-up, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Target-oriented mindset

Performance Measured On Partners onboarded, quality of referrals, revenue from partners and referrals, client retention, renewals, upsell revenue, and timely follow-up and reporting.
