Roles and Responsibility

- Operate and maintain ceramic molding equipment for efficient production.
- Monitor and control the quality of molded products to meet specifications.
- Collaborate with the production team to achieve daily targets and goals.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Troubleshoot issues with molding equipment and provide solutions to minimize downtime.

Job Requirements





- Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as ceramics or engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a ceramics manufacturing environment.
- Possess strong knowledge of ceramic materials, molding processes, and quality control measures.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions.
- Exhibit good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kilograms and stand for long periods is required.
