Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Cctv Sales and Marketing role based in Kolkata. The role involves identifying and approaching potential customers, understanding their surveillance and security requirements, and recommending appropriate CCTV and related solutions. The team member will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including product demonstrations, preparing quotations, negotiating terms, and closing deals.

Daily tasks include maintaining relationships with existing clients, handling customer queries, coordinating with internal teams for order fulfillment,



and providing basic training to customers on product features when needed. The role also requires contributing to marketing activities such as local promotions, lead generation campaigns, and market research to strengthen the company’s presence in the surveillance segment.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and address their needs.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to handle pipelines, meet targets, and manage the full sales process.
- Experience in Training customers or team members on product features and basic usage.
- Knowledge of CCTV, surveillance systems, or IT hardware, with the ability to learn technical product details quickly.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and local market dynamics in Kolkata.
- Ability to work in office, manage time effectively, and travel locally for client visits as required.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in CCTV, security solutions, or technology sales is preferred but not mandatory.
