Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and maintenance for security and surveillance systems (CCTV, access control, alarms, etc.).

- Diagnose and resolve system/network issues onsite and remotely.

- Coordinate with clients to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.

- Install, configure, and test hardware/software related to security solutions.

- Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and service logs.

- Assist in system upgrades, integrations, and preventive maintenance activities.

- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for escalations and advanced troubleshooting.

- Ensure compliance with company standards, SLAs, and client requirements.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Electronics, IT, or related field.





- Proven experience in technical support for security systems.

- Knowledge of CCTV, access control, biometrics, fire alarm, and intrusion detection systems.

- Familiarity with networking, IP-based surveillance, and system integration.

- Robust problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team, with willingness for field visits.

Preferred Skills:

- Certifications in security systems or networking (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA, Honeywell, Hikvision, Bosch).

- Experience with VMS (Video Management Systems) and cloud-based security solutions.
