Catering Manager Moolchand Catering supplies fresh, cooked meals to factory workforces. We are hiring a Catering Manager to run day-to-day catering operations, working in person from our location in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

Responsibilities: Oversee daily kitchen and catering operations, including production planning and dispatch to client factories. Lead, supervise, and schedule kitchen, production, and dispatch staff. Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety, including FSSAI compliance.

Manage raw material purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships. Monitor and control costs, track production output, and report daily to the owner. Work closely with the owner on planning, client coordination, and process improvements.

Requirements: Prior experience managing operations in a commercial kitchen, catering unit, central kitchen, or food production plant. Robust people-management and organizational skills. Working knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements. Comfortable communicating in Hindi, English, and Telugu.

Job details: Full-time, permanent position. In person, based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

Salary: ₹40,000 per month
