Role: Category Lead – LMS Department

Experience: 2+ years

Location: Calicut/ Kochi

Key Responsibilities

Production

● Partner with the production team to plan and launch new courses

● Oversee all final steps required to take a course from ready to live on the platform

Operations

● Coordinate across departments to keep day-to-day category operations running smoothly

● Track and drive completion of ongoing tasks, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

Finance

● Own financial planning and budgeting for marketing spend within the category

● Monitor sales volume and revenue performance, and report on key metrics

Marketing

● Plan and execute marketing campaigns to grow visibility and enrollments

● Drive performance marketing initiatives to improve category-level ROI

What We're Looking For

● 2+ years of relevant experience,



ideally within an e-learning or ed-tech platform

● Prior exposure to platforms such as Udemy, Skillshare, Coursera, or Domestika is a strong plus

● A robust bias for action — someone who can execute quickly, accurately, and independently

● Comfort operating across multiple functions — production, operations, finance, and marketing —

simultaneously

● Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills

● Prior experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

● A proactive, hands-on operator mindset with genuine ownership over outcomes

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
