Job Title: Cataract Counselor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a patient-focused Cataract Counselor to guide patients through their cataract treatment journey by explaining surgical procedures, addressing concerns, and supporting informed treatment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Counsel patients regarding cataract surgery, treatment options, and procedures.
- Explain surgery packages, costs, and payment options.
- Address patient and family queries to build confidence and trust.
- Coordinate with doctors, the billing team, and the operation theatre team.
- Follow up with patients and support surgery conversion.
- Maintain patient records and ensure a positive patient experience.

Qualification:



Any Degree; healthcare or ophthalmic experience preferred. Experience: 2–5 years preferred.
