Qualification: Graduate or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect payments from patients and customers through cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods.
- Generate bills, receipts, and invoices accurately.
- Maintain daily cash records and ensure proper cash handling.
- Reconcile daily collections with billing records and report discrepancies.
- Handle refunds and payment-related queries as per hospital policies.
- Coordinate with the billing and accounts departments regarding payment transactions.
- Maintain accurate financial records and submit daily collection reports.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all financial transactions.
- Provide courteous assistance to patients and their families.
- Follow hospital procedures and financial policies.
