Key Responsibilities
Catalog Quality & Data Management
- Analyze GMS sales data to identify seller- and ASIN-level details; coordinate with Account Managers to obtain seller contact information and ASIN data.

- Group color and size variations under a single parent ASIN to improve catalog structure and customer experience.
- Conduct weekly ASIN suppression checks (search, offer, and trademark suppression) and coordinate with brands to prioritize reinstatement based on the suppression reason.
- Localize high-GMS ASINs from international marketplaces into the Indian marketplace, including transferring reviews and ratings where applicable.
- Collaborate with brands and internal teams to delink incorrect EAN/UPC mappings and validate/provide documentation to establish correct EAN-ASIN mappings.
Seller & Vendor Support
- Assist vendors and sellers in troubleshooting issues encountered while listing new selection, ensuring a smooth listing process.
- Work with Eyewear Account Managers to communicate with sellers and prioritize Amazon pricing to maintain price competitiveness.
- Resolve buybox suppression issues on buyable ASINs using the Feature Offer Troubleshooter; raise tickets and provide competitor platform pricing as evidence to help regain the buybox.

- Provide brand registry and brand authorization details to support seller blocking actions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with experience handling large sales/catalog datasets.
- Familiarity with Amazon seller/vendor catalog systems (ASIN management, IDQ, UPC/GTIN/EAN mapping, A+ Content).
- Experience with brand protection and anti-counterfeiting processes is a plus.
- Solid stakeholder management skills to coordinate across Account Managers, brands, and internal cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable with recurring operational cadences (weekly checks, SLA-driven ticket resolution).
