We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader / Manager – Student Visa Vertical to lead our Counselling Advisors (CAs) across all study destinations while actively contributing to business growth through individual targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide prospective students regarding overseas education opportunities.
- Assist students in selecting suitable universities, courses, and study destinations.




- Support the team in handling high-value and complex student cases.
- Ensure excellent student experience and service delivery throughout the admission journey.
- Achieve assigned individual revenue targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Overseas Education/Student Visa Consulting.
- Strong knowledge of multiple study destinations including Canada, Australia, UK, USA, Europe, and New Zealand.
- Proven track record of achieving team and individual recruitment targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of admissions, application, and visa processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
