About the Role

We are looking for dynamic, passionate, and target-orientated academic counsellors to join our study abroad team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills, with the ability to guide students and parents throughout their overseas education journey.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding study abroad programmes, universities, courses, and destinations.

Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and financial preferences.

Guide students on suitable courses, universities, and countries.

Handle student enquiries, follow-ups, and counselling sessions through calls, meetings, and digital channels.

Convert qualified leads into successful admissions by effectively handling objections and queries.

Assist students throughout the application and admission process.

Provide guidance regarding SOPs,



LORs, scholarships, financial documentation, and visa processes.

Build strong relationships with students and ensure a smooth admission journey.

Achieve individual and team-wise counselling, admission, and revenue targets.

Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in CRM.

USA | UK | Canada | Australia | Ireland | Europe and Other Study Abroad Destinations

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in study abroad, overseas education counselling, or EdTech sales.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent counselling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven setting.

Strong student relationship-management skills.

Knowledge of overseas education processes and universities will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
