As our learner base grows, ensuring consistent, high-quality placement outcomes and strong hiring partnerships becomes increasingly complex. This requires structured systems, strong company relationships, and tight alignment between learners and opportunities.

This role exists to build and scale a career services engine that drives learner success and strengthens our hiring ecosystem.

The Role

As a Career Services Officer, you will own the end-to-end career outcomes function at Airtribe.

You will work at the intersection of learners, hiring partners, and internal teams, ensuring that opportunities are created, learners are prepared, and outcomes are consistently delivered.

This is a high-ownership role with both execution and strategic responsibility.

What You’ll Own

● End-to-end career services function including partnerships, learner readiness, and placements

● Outreach and relationship management with product-based startups and tech companies

● Hiring pipeline management from JD discovery to final placement

● Career readiness initiatives including resume reviews, mock interviews, and coaching

● Internal coordination across teams to ensure learner-job fit

● Tracking systems, dashboards, and reporting for placements and partner performance

● Defining and improving processes across the career services journey





● Contributing to the long-term roadmap and strategy for this function

● Creating consistent placement outcomes as the learner base scales

● Building and maintaining strong hiring partner relationships

● Reducing gaps between learner readiness and job expectations

● Bringing structure and visibility to career outcomes and reporting

● Ensuring career services remains learner-first and outcome-driven

How This Role Evolves In the initial phase, your focus will be on understanding the current ecosystem, building partnerships, and driving placements.

Over time, you will build systems, improve efficiency, and define scalable processes for the function.

As Airtribe grows, this role can evolve into leading the entire career services vertical and building a team under it.

What We’re Looking For

● 2–3 years of experience in career services, recruitment, placements, B2B partnerships,

or related roles

● Experience working with hiring partners, preferably product-based companies

● Strong stakeholder management and outreach skills

● Excellent written and verbal communication

● High ownership mindset with a bias for execution

● Ability to think strategically while executing hands-on

● Comfort working in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Nice to have

● Experience in edtech, HR-tech, or employability-focused startups

● Exposure to learner-facing or outcome-driven roles

What This Role Is Not

This is not a coordination or support role.

We are not looking for someone who only manages processes. We are looking for someone who builds the function, drives outcomes, and takes ownership end-to-end.
