- Handle the complete learner journey from initial consultation to enrolment.
- Build trust and maintain meaningful conversations with prospective learners.
- Follow up with interested learners and address their questions or concerns.
- Achieve individual enrolment and revenue targets through consultative counselling.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups
