About the position

We are looking for a Campaign Manager to build, execute, perform quality assurance and optimization of digital marketing campaigns including email, push-notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS campaigns. This role involves close collaboration with the Marketing Managers, and the cross-functional teams to ensure seamless, high-quality delivery of the campaigns.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end execution/launch, quality assurance (QA), deployment, and optimization of global digital marketing campaigns across Email, Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, and SMS.
- Build campaigns, automated workflows, audience segments, customer journeys, personalization, and dynamic content using relevant campaign management and marketing automation platforms.
- Manage stakeholder communications, provide campaign updates, address execution challenges, and share actionable performance insights and recommendations.
- Perform A/B testing across subject lines, creative layouts, offers, audience segments, delivery timing, and other campaign variables to improve engagement and performance.
- Perform cross-browser, cross-device, and email client testing using tools such as Litmus, Email on Acid, similar platforms.
- Collaborate with developers and campaign QA teams to identify, troubleshoot, track, and resolve issues, ensuring timely fixes before deployment.
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to quality standards, and consistency with global communication strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates (CTR), conversions, deliverability, and engagement, to identify improvement opportunities and recommend data-driven optimization strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement by adopting emerging technologies, industry best practices,



and automation opportunities across campaign development, execution, and QA processes.
- Conduct post-launch reviews to evaluate campaign outcomes, capture key learnings, and incorporate performance insights into future campaigns.

Job Specifications & Qualifications
- 2–7 years of relevant experience in Campaign Management, Digital Marketing Operations, Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, and Campaign Quality Assurance.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing, campaign management, or marketing automation platforms, including campaign development, workflow configuration, audience segmentation, personalization, testing, and deployment.
- Experience executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Email, Push Notifications, In-App Messaging, and SMS.
- Strong understanding of campaign quality assurance, testing methodologies, email rendering, responsive design, and cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing.
- Familiarity with email testing and QA tools such as Litmus, Email on Acid, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Robust understanding of campaign performance metrics, analytics, email deliverability, A/B testing, and performance optimization techniques.
- Prior experience in a client-facing role, with the ability to independently manage client discussions, requirements, escalations, and campaign updates.
- Familiarity with Photoshop or other design and editing tools is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing operations, campaign technologies, workflows, and industry best practices.
