Job Overview

Women Pride Hospital & IVF is hiring a proactive and communicative Calling Agent for our Rewari facility. The selected candidate will handle incoming and outgoing patient calls, address inquiries regarding our multispeciality OPD services, and schedule doctor consultation appointments.

Key Responsibilities

- Attend inbound calls and make scheduled outbound follow-ups for patient inquiries received via digital desks and hospital outreach.
- Provide clear, factual information regarding hospital OPD timings, visiting specialists, and available clinical facilities (Gynecology, Fertility/IVF, Laparoscopic Surgery, Pediatrics, and Maternity).
- Coordinate consultation bookings and confirm appointment schedules directly with the hospital reception desk.
- Follow up with patients regarding scheduled visits, report collections, and review consultations.




- Maintain organized daily calling logs, lead status updates, and appointment records in Google Sheets or CRM.
- Work closely with the Patient Relationship (PRO) and front desk teams to ensure a smooth check-in experience for visiting patients.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Minimum 12th Standard Pass / Any Graduate.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in customer care, telephonic calling, reception desk, or hospital patient coordination (Candidates with good communication skills and fresh background are also considered).
- Language: Fluent spoken Hindi with professional etiquette; basic reading and writing proficiency in English.
- Computer Skills: Basic working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and smartphone CRM tools.
