Role Description The CA Inter role at RENUKAPATHI & CO is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. The role involves assisting in statutory and internal audits, preparing and reviewing accounting entries, and supporting the finalization of financial statements. Daily responsibilities include working on direct and indirect tax computations and filings, supporting GST, TDS, and income tax compliance, and helping with documentation and working papers.

The CA Inter professional will coordinate with seniors and managers on client deliverables, maintain organized records,



and ensure adherence to professional standards and firm policies. The role also includes learning and applying updated accounting and tax regulations and contributing to process improvements wherever possible.

Qualifications

- CA Inter (one or both groups) completed, with strong foundational knowledge in accounting, auditing, taxation, and corporate laws.
- Proficiency in basic accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word), with the ability to prepare working papers, schedules, and reconciliations.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret financial data and regulatory requirements.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and clients.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and collaborate in a structured, team-oriented setting.
- Willingness to learn, stay updated on changes in accounting standards and tax laws, and pursue continuous professional development.
- Prior internship or article experience in a CA firm is an advantage but not mandatory.
