Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced and result-oriented finance skilled who has completed both CA and CMA qualifications. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, taxation, cost management, budgeting, financial planning, and finalization of accounts while ensuring statutory compliance and financial control.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Accounting & Finalisation: Oversee end-to-end accounting, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, provisions, monthly closures, and finalisation of annual financial statements.
- Costing & Profitability: Manage product costing, standard costing, cost variance analysis, material consumption, wastage control, and product-wise profitability.
- Budgeting & Financial Planning: Lead annual budgeting, financial forecasting, cash flow planning, and budget-versus-actual analysis.
- Taxation & Compliance: Supervise GST, TDS, income tax, statutory filings, tax planning, and coordination with auditors and consultants.
- MIS & Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyse financial statements, management reports, KPIs, profitability analysis, and financial performance dashboards.
- Working Capital & Treasury: Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables,



inventory levels, banking facilities, and working capital requirements.
- Internal Controls & Audit: Strengthen financial controls, ensure compliance with accounting standards, coordinate audits, and resolve audit observations.
- Inventory & Asset Management: Oversee inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, fixed asset accounting, and cost control.
- Team Management: Lead the finance team, improve accounting processes, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Must have completed both Chartered Accountancy (CA) and Cost & Management Accountancy (CMA). candidate with single degree is not qualified for the position
- 5 + years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, costing, and financial management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
- Expertise in cost accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and profitability management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple financial functions independently and work closely with senior management.

Pay: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
