we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our Business Development team. The candidate will help generate new business opportunities and acquire clients across IT Services, Digital Marketing, and Dental RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) recruitment services .

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential clients across IT, Recruitment digital marketing, and dental RCM industries.

Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, emails, and other platforms.

Connect with potential clients and introduce company services.

Understand client requirements and identify business opportunities.

Follow up with prospects and schedule business meetings.

Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.

Maintain lead databases and daily activity reports.

Work towards lead generation and client acquisition targets.

Requirements

Freshers are welcome to apply.





Graduate or undergraduate in any stream; MBA in Marketing or Business Administration is an advantage.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and LinkedIn.

Interest in sales, client acquisition, and business development.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Target-oriented approach and good interpersonal skills.
