- New Client Acquisition: Identify, approach, and onboard new clients to expand the company's customer base and strengthen market presence.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain robust relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups, ensuring customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
- Revenue Generation & Target Achievement: Drive sales growth by identifying business opportunities, converting leads into orders, and achieving monthly revenue targets.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and develop potential B2B and B2C clients through cold calling, emails, referrals, and other business development channels.
- Sales Conversion & Follow-ups: Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and proposals to convert prospects into confirmed orders.
- Negotiation & Commercial Management: Negotiate pricing, order quantities, payment terms, and delivery schedules while maintaining profitability and adhering to company policies.
- Order Coordination & Fulfilment: Coordinate with production, inventory,



and dispatch teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery as per client requirements.
- Payment Collection & Follow-ups: Monitor outstanding payments, coordinate with clients for timely collections, and support effective receivables management.
- Sales Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipelines, quotations, orders, collections, and revenue performance.
- Client Retention & Business Development: Strengthen customer loyalty by addressing client requirements, resolving concerns, and identifying opportunities for repeat and incremental business.
- Market Expansion & Business Growth: Explore new markets, identify potential bulk buyers and distribution partners, and develop strategies to increase sales volume and profitable business opportunities.
