Role Overview

Our Group is undergoing transformation where we are planning to optimize the processes enhancing our manufacturing capabilities. We are looking for a Business Analyst – Manufacturing to analyse business and manufacturing data, prepare MIS/dashboards, monitor KPIs, and support management in improving operational efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

· Digital Transformation Project Management — Own day-to-day execution of assigned tasks, analytics and Agentic AI projects: project plans, milestones, dependencies, action trackers, risks, stakeholder follow-ups, data aggregation and on-time closure.

· IT Coordination — Act as the IT-side project owner/coordinator for the Agentic AI projects: translate business use cases into requirements, arrange data/process access, coordinate users and technical teams, track development/UAT, and drive deployment.

· Process & Requirement Mapping — Spend significant time on the shop floor understanding as-is processes, information flows, registers, Excel reports, system transactions and pain points, and translate these into structured user stories/process maps and future-state workflows.

· Cross-Functional Data Gathering & Reconciliation — Coordinate Production, Planning, Marketing, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, ERP/IT and other departments to collect required data; establish common definitions and reconcile discrepancies between different sources.

· Production Data Structuring & Analytics — Convert raw machine,



ERP and manually captured production data into structured dashboards and analyze production, productivity, downtime, wastage, quality, manpower, WIP, schedule adherence and order progress.

· Dashboard Development & Management Reporting — Build and maintain operational and management dashboards that move from Marketing → Plant → Section → Machine/Line → Shift → Order/SKU, with exception alerts and root-cause drilldowns rather than just static reporting.

· System Integration, UAT & Deployment — Coordinate API/interface requirements, master-data mapping, testing, data validation, UAT, user training, SOPs and go-live for recent digital systems. Ensure that what is implemented actually works under shop-floor conditions.

Technical Skills

· Advanced MS Excel – Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS/COUNTIFS, dashboards.

· Power BI – dashboards, data modeling, KPI reporting, basic DAX.

· Power Query – data cleaning, transformation, and consolidation.

· SQL – basic queries, joins, filtering, and data extraction.

· Knowledge of SAP/ERP/MRP/MES systems

· Knowledge of Sensors, PLC and gateways is an edge
