We are hiring for our client, a leading authorized distributor for a global medical devices brand, specializing in dental solutions.

Position: Sales Executive – Medical Devices (Dental Solutions)

Responsibilities

- Achieve assigned sales targets within the designated territory
- Conduct regular field visits to dental clinics and institutions, meeting dentists and key decision-makers daily
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across dental clinics, institutions, and reseller/channel partners
- Plan and execute territory coverage and daily call plans, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system
- Coordinate closely with the Area Sales Manager on territory strategy and performance updates




- Support and execute sales and marketing campaigns within the assigned territory
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
- Partner with Clinical Specialists to support product demonstrations and customer education
- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field
- 2–8 years of direct sales experience in medical devices; experience in dental, optical, dermatology, or healthcare-related sales preferred
- Proven track record of managing distribution channels and achieving sales targets
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory; own vehicle preferred
- Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
