Role Overview

Legal Capital Law Firm is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Relationship Manager to strengthen corporate relationships, generate new business opportunities, and support the firm's growth. The ideal candidate should have strong corporate sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, meetings, and market research.
- Present the firm's legal services and solutions to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal legal teams.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
- Negotiate commercial terms and support client onboarding.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.




- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Represent the firm at corporate meetings, networking events, and industry forums.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or relationship management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to acquire and manage corporate clients.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Familiarity with legal or professional services sales is an advantage.
- Graduates and undergraduates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
