We are looking for experienced Business Process Controls Professionals for an immediate hiring opportunity across Bengaluru, Gurgaon & Noida.

Position Details:

- Role: Business Process Controls
- Experience: 3–5 Years
- Location: Bengaluru / Gurgaon / Noida
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or candidates serving notice period of up to 15 days

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Mandatory hands-on experience in Business Process Controls (BP Controls).
- Draft and maintain process and control documentation.
- Perform and assist with risk assessments, scoping, and process walkthroughs.
- Prepare process flowcharts and document business processes.
- Conduct Test of Design (TOD) and evaluate the effectiveness of control design.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Key Eligibility Criteria:





- Candidates with relevant Business Process Controls experience only will be considered.
- ITGC, IT Controls and IDTC-only profiles will not be considered.
- Hyderabad-based candidates are not eligible for this requirement.
- Candidates must be willing to join immediately or within 15 days.
- Relevant educational and employment documents must be available for background verification.
