About the Role :

We're hiring a Business Product Manager to lead FlixStock's Self-Learning AI Platform — an agentic AI system that combines Generative AI and fashion/creative domain expertise to produce high-quality creative output at scale.

You will be the business and product owner for the platform, responsible for customer outcomes, product quality, business roadmap, scalability and the commercial metrics that drive product performance. You will define what the product must achieve, why it matters and how success should be measured.

The question that defines this role: is the product materially better every week for customers, users and the business?

What You Will Own :

- Business outcomes & metrics: Define and track the numbers that matter — revenue, margin, cost per output/SKU, quality, customer acceptance, turnaround time and adoption — and drive the product decisions that improve them.
- Roadmap & priorities: Build and own a roadmap driven by customer needs, business impact and data — from problem identification through execution and measurement.Customer outcomes: Understand customer requirements, identify recurring needs and translate them into scalable product capabilities.
- Quality: Own quality outcomes, root-cause analysis of recurring failures and feedback loops connecting customer feedback, production outcomes and product development.
- Cross-functional alignment: Work across Tech/AI, Fashion & Creative, Quality, Operations and Account Management to translate business requirements into clear product priorities.

What the Work Looks Like :

- Business: Track the commercial health of the product — revenue, unit economics, cost per output and margins — and work with leadership and account teams on pricing, growth and commercial sustainability.
- Product & Technology: Work daily with Tech/AI teams on Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents and automated workflows.



Understand the technology well enough to evaluate trade-offs and translate between business needs and technical possibilities — without building the systems yourself.
- Fashion & Quality: Partner with Fashion, Creative and Quality teams to define what "positive" looks like — aesthetics, brand requirements and measurable quality standards. Turn recurring failures into improvements that solve problems at scale.
- Operations: Understand how work flows through production — bottlenecks, cost leaks and time sinks — and identify where automation or product changes improve throughput, efficiency and turnaround.
- Consumer: Engage with customers and account teams on requirements, feedback and priorities. Track acceptance and satisfaction, and turn recurring needs into scalable roadmap capabilities.

What We're Looking For :

- 3–5 years of Product Management experience, with experience owning a product or complex workflow end to end.
- Experience owning business metrics and influencing revenue, cost, margin or efficiency outcomes through product decisions.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking ability, with comfort working with data, metrics and experimentation.
- Proven ability to translate customer problems into structured product requirements.
- Ability to prioritise between customer requirements, business impact and product scalability.
- Experience working effectively across both technical and non-technical teams.

Bonus: Experience with AI-powered products or fashion/ecommerce/creative technology.

Preferred Qualifications : BS/MS with an MBA, or BS/MS with relevant experience.
