Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of sales executives to achieve monthly/quarterly targets for business loans, DSA, LAP loans, and secured loans.

- Identify current business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research to expand the customer base.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to stay ahead in the competitive lending landscape.

Job Requirements :

- 2-5 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in loan sales (business loans, DSA, LAP loans).

- Strong understanding of secured loan products such as mortgages and collateralized loans.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
