Role and Responsibilities:

- Power BI Solution Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that transform data into actionable business insights.

Requirements Analysis:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, define KPIs, and translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
- Architecture &
- Solution Design:

Provide architecture, design, and configuration support for Power BI solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and adherence to best practices.
- Client Consulting &
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work directly with clients to provide consulting, technical guidance, solution recommendations, and ongoing support for analytics initiatives.
- Reporting Governance &
- Optimization: Implement reporting standards, optimize dashboard performance, and promote data governance, usability, and self-service analytics capabilities.
- Technical Delivery &
- Support: Support end-to-end project delivery, including development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and post-production support for Power BI solutions.
- Continuous Improvement &
- Innovation: Stay current with advancements in Power BI and modern analytics technologies to continuously enhance reporting capabilities and user experience.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 3 - 6 years of experience designing, developing,



and supporting enterprise-scale Power BI solutions.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in Power BI capabilities, including: Power BI Desktop, DAX, Power Query (M), Advanced Data Modeling, Row-Level Security (RLS), Performance Optimization, Dashboard Design and Data Storytelling
- Experience designing and managing reusable semantic models and governed reporting assets.
- Solid understanding of KPI definition, metric standardization, and business-rule implementation.
- Understanding of medallion architecture, ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Strong SQL skills with experience working across large and complex datasets.
- Experience implementing report lifecycle management, deployment pipelines, version control, and release management.
- Understanding of data security, data privacy, access management, and governance frameworks.
- Familiarity with integrating Power BI with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or enterprise AI platforms (Preferred).
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to transform data challenges into actionable insights and present recommendations to business and technical audiences.

Communication: Excellent communication skills with experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders to deliver analytics and reporting solutions.
