We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Head to manage clinic operations, drive sales, achieve revenue targets, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive clinic sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Manage daily clinic operations and team performance.
- Handle client consultations and convert leads into sales.
- Promote aesthetic, skin, laser, and body contouring treatments.
- Monitor sales performance, follow-ups, and client retention.
- Train, motivate, and guide the sales and operations team.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Prepare daily and monthly sales and performance reports.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in the Aesthetic / Dermatology / Skin Care Industry.
- Robust sales, business development, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of aesthetic treatments and services.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
