We are looking for an experienced Business Head, commercially driven qualified to lead business development, strengthen industry relationships, improve profitability, and drive organizational growth in the inbound tourism sector.

Location: Gurgaon

Education: MBA or Any other Post Graduation

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop new markets, acquire clients, and grow business through international tour operators, travel companies, and trade partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, transporters, and other key suppliers.
- Negotiate competitive commercial terms and drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
- Lead and motivate teams while coordinating with Operations, Finance, and other departments.
- Represent the organization at domestic and international trade fairs, industry events, and tourism forums.
- Drive technology adoption, process improvement, and enhanced customer service.




- Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Key Requirements:

- Extensive inbound tourism experience, preferably in a senior management role.
- Strong knowledge of India, Nepal, Bhutan, Tibet, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
- Proficiency in a foreign language is mandatory; German is preferred.
- Established industry network across international tour operators, travel agents, hotels, airlines, and suppliers.
- Proven expertise in business development, commercial negotiations, P&L;, cost control, and profitability.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to represent the organization before clients, suppliers, government bodies, and industry associations.
