What you’ll own

- JobDiva Administration: Be the master admin of our ATS, enforcing data integrity, clean record architecture, and workflow discipline.
- Recruiter Auditing: Run daily activity reports to keep candidate statuses, contact logs, and submissions accurate and current.
- Dashboards & Analytics: Build custom JobDiva dashboards to track submittal-to-hire ratios, spot pipeline bottlenecks, and give leadership clear insight.
- Timesheet-to-Invoice Data Pipeline: Audit contractor hours across multiple SLED client portals and map approved timesheets to JobDiva records for error-free monthly summaries.
- State Compliance Tracking: Maintain multi-state registrations and certificates of good standing, and stay ahead of filing deadlines.
- RFP Support:



Monitor procurement portals for new SLED opportunities and translate solicitation requirements into actionable metrics for our recruiting team.

What you bring: 4+ years of backend operations experience in US staffing, ideally SLED or federal
- Advanced, power-user JobDiva expertise, including data extraction and custom reporting
- Robust analytics skills with advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
- Experience with proposal coordination and government procurement lifecycles
- Excellent communication and the ability to work both independently and in a team
