Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Expansion Manager to manage the end-to-end development and setup of new outlets. The candidate will be responsible for site development, project coordination, vendor management, and ensuring timely execution of outlet setup projects while maintaining quality and cost standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end setup and development of new outlets.
- Coordinate with architects, civil contractors, vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Understand and review floor plans, layouts, Bills of Quantities(BOQs), and site measurements.
- Monitor civil construction, electrical, plumbing, kitchen installation, and interior work.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure timely execution.
- Track project timelines, budgets, costing, and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues to ensure smooth project execution.




- Ensure all outlet development activities are completed as per company requirements and specifications.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of civil construction, architecture, and interior projects.
- Ability to read and understand floor plans, layouts, BOQs, and site measurements.
- Knowledge of civil, electrical, plumbing, kitchen setup, and interior work.
- Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, and execution skills.
- Understanding of project scheduling, costing, and quality control.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and new outlet development projects.

Eligibility Criteria

- Preferred experience of 1-6 years in outlet development, construction, interiors, or project execution.
- Candidates with experience in restaurant, QSR, retail, or food and beverage outlet setup will be preferred.
