Role Purpose The Manager Business Excellence (CRGO) will be responsible for driving continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational excellence initiatives within the CRGO division, focusing on efficiency enhancement, quality improvement, cost optimization, and cross-functional alignment in line with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and drive Business Excellence initiatives across CRGO manufacturing and support functions.

- Implement, monitor, and sustain continuous improvement frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and TPM.

- Analyze existing processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

- Work closely with Production, Quality, Sales, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure process standardization and best practices.

- Track, review, and analyze KPIs, MIS dashboards, and performance metrics.

- Support cost reduction, yield improvement, loss reduction, and productivity enhancement initiatives.

- Facilitate process audits, SOP development, and compliance monitoring.

- Drive change management initiatives and foster a culture of operational excellence.





- Support management in strategic planning, execution tracking, and review meetings.

- Mentor and guide teams on process improvement tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong understanding of Business Excellence, Operational Excellence, and process improvement methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and TPM frameworks.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.

- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment; CRGO / electrical / steel industry exposure preferred.

- Proficiency in MIS preparation, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and process documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

- BE / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial) or equivalent

- MBA / PGDM preferred

Experience:

- 812 years of relevant experience in Business Excellence / Process Improvement roles

- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is mandatory

- CRGO industry experience preferred
