Role Description The Business Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with partners, and promoting Conbun’s services to pet parents and veterinary professionals. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, generating leads through online and offline channels, managing outreach campaigns, and maintaining a pipeline of prospects.

The specialist will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to refine value propositions, support partnership negotiations, and track performance metrics.



This role also involves providing clear communication to stakeholders, gathering feedback from customers and partners, and contributing ideas to improve Conbun’s offerings and market presence.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and experience with Market Research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to engage prospects, present solutions, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess proven Lead Generation capabilities, including outreach, pipeline management, and follow-up activities.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to support partners and users, handle inquiries, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field are preferred, along with familiarity with CRM tools and basic data reporting.
