Job Summary

Nano Tech Chemical Brothers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a result-oriented Business Development professional for Dermasist Lab, its cosmetic and personal-care formulation and innovation business.

The role involves developing new business opportunities by connecting with skincare brands, beauty and personal-care companies, cosmetic startups, and manufacturers looking for formulation, product development, and R&D; services.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire recent B2B clients for cosmetic formulation and product development services.
- Develop relationships with skincare brands, beauty startups, personal-care companies and cosmetic manufacturers.
- Generate leads through market research, networking, LinkedIn, industry events and direct outreach.
- Understand client requirements for skincare, haircare and other personal-care product development.
- Present Dermasist Lab’s formulation, prototyping and product development capabilities to prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, coordinate quotations, negotiate commercial terms and follow up to convert leads into business.
- Manage existing client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Coordinate with R&D; and technical teams to understand project requirements and provide appropriate client support.




- Track sales pipelines, maintain CRM records and prepare regular business development reports.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify emerging market opportunities in the cosmetics and personal-care industry.

Educational Qualifications

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or a related discipline.
- MBA in Marketing or Business Development will be preferred.

Required Experience

- 3–7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or client acquisition.
- Experience in cosmetics, skincare, personal care, beauty, contract manufacturing or cosmetic product development services will be preferred.
- A network of skincare brands, D2C beauty brands, cosmetic manufacturers or personal-care companies will be an advantage.

Required Skills

- Strong B2B sales and new client acquisition skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Understanding of skincare, haircare and personal-care product development.
- Ability to identify prospects, build relationships and convert leads into business.
- Strong follow-up, networking and account management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, email and sales reporting tools.
