Business Development Associate – Real Estate Redevelopment

Qualification: Graduate; Civil Engineering, Architecture or Real Estate background preferred

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off)

Roswalt Realty is looking for a proactive Business Development Associate to support housing society redevelopment and land acquisition activities across Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify redevelopment opportunities and source society tenders.
- Conduct site visits and assess redevelopment potential.
- Understand DCPR 2034, FSI calculations and project feasibility.
- Coordinate with housing society members, brokers, PMCs and internal teams.
- Track market rates, competitor activity and acquisition opportunities.




- Manage tender documentation, property records and project reports.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of relevant real estate or land acquisition experience.
- Knowledge of redevelopment feasibility, FSI and property documentation.
- Good communication skills in Marathi and English; Hindi preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Mandatory: Own two-wheeler, valid driving licence and willingness to undertake extensive fieldwork across Mumbai.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
