We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, developing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.

- Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, networking, and other channels.

- Research and identify potential clients and target markets.

- Contact prospective clients and understand their business requirements.

- Present the company’s products and services to potential clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

- Follow up with leads, enquiries, proposals, and quotations.

- Coordinate with internal teams to understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing deals.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.

- Meet assigned business development and sales targets.





- Monitor market trends and identify potential business opportunities.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related role.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation, presentation, and convincing skills.

- Good customer relationship management skills.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

- Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Good verbal and written English communication skills.

Preferred

- Experience in B2B sales or IT/software sales.

- Knowledge of lead generation and CRM tools.

- Willingness to attend client meetings and travel when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
