Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, result-oriented professional who can take ownership, build strong client relationships, and help us grow into a larger and more professionally managed organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Growth & Expansion: Identify new opportunities, grow revenue, expand service offerings and enter new markets across MP & CG.
- Sales & Client Acquisition: Manage B2B sales, build a solid pipeline, handle tenders and proposals,

and develop lasting client relationships.
- Operations & Profitability: Improve service quality, optimize costs, strengthen workforce management and ensure contract profitability.
- Build & Lead Teams: Create a high-performing team and establish systems for scalable and sustainable growth.
- Strategic Planning: Translate opportunities into actionable plans, track progress and drive execution.





Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree (minimum qualification).
- Experience: 5 to 10 years in a relevant field (facility services, housekeeping, waste management or a related industry).
- Entrepreneurial attitude or experience (including business ownership, co-founding or scaling a business).
- Experience in B2B sales and business development.
- Strong understanding of contract management, pricing, labour costs and P&L.;
- Experience in managing multi-site operations, large teams and multiple client accounts.
- Proven track record of business growth, new contract acquisition or margin improvement.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment and drive both strategy and execution.
