Business Development Manager — Senior Executive / Assistant Manager

Help build the exam and evaluation backbone of a fairer, faster, more trusted India.

Every year, crores of young Indians walk into an examination hall carrying their family's hopes. What happens to their answer sheet after that — how fairly it is checked, how fast the result comes out, how safely their records are kept — quietly decides the course of their lives.

What you will take to India

You will champion our full suite of solutions for universities, educational institutes, government organisations and corporates:

▸ Digital Evaluation — on-screen marking that is faster, fairer and fully auditable.

▸ Online & Offline Examination Platforms — secure assessment at any scale.

▸ OMR Scanning & Result Processing — accurate results, delivered on time.

▸ Document Digitisation — OMR, OCR and ICR technology that turns paper archives into living data.

▸ Scanners & Scanning Software — the hardware and tools institutions need to run it all themselves.

Who you are

▸ A graduate with 1–2 years of B2B / B2G sales experience, ideally selling IT services or products to universities, institutes, government or corporates.

▸ Driven by targets — and by purpose.



You love a number to chase, and you love knowing why it matters even more.

▸ Organised and agile, comfortable juggling multiple conversations and priorities without dropping the ball.

▸ Ready to travel, locally and outside the city, to wherever the next institution needs us.

▸ Tech-comfortable, hands-on with MS Office and CRM, and curious about the technology behind contemporary examinations.

▸ A confident communicator, presentable, articulate in writing and speech, and someone people trust within minutes.

We are looking for someone who will remember the student whose result came out on time because of a deal they closed — long after the quarter's numbers are forgotten.

₹20,000–30,000 per month + performance incentives
