Business Development Manager – Signage & Branding

Shivaay Signs Pvt Ltd is seeking a Business Development Manager to acquire new corporate clients and grow its signage and branding business. The role requires a proactive sales professional who can independently generate opportunities, develop client relationships and close deals.

Location: Kalher, Thane, Maharashtra

Job Type: Full time, on-site

Annual CTC: ₹5–10 lakh, depending on experience and suitability

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop business opportunities with corporate organisations, retail chains, architects, interior designers and project consultants.
- Generate qualified leads through targeted research, outreach, networking and client meetings.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable signage and branding solutions.
- Coordinate with design, estimation and production teams to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Manage negotiations and follow-ups through to order closure.
- Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and account growth.




- Ensure a smooth handover of confirmed orders to the execution team.
- Maintain an organised sales pipeline, provide progress reports and work towards agreed revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Proven experience in B2B sales, corporate client acquisition and deal closure.
- Experience in signage, retail branding, interior fit-outs, advertising production or related project sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.
- A proactive, organised and results-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work from our Kalher office and travel for client meetings as required.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
