Job Summary: We are seeking an aggressive, result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive our next phase of growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate, industrial, and commercial clients for our security manpower solutions (including static guards, quick reaction teams, personal security officers, and facility security personnel). You will manage the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation and site risk assessments to commercial negotiations, contract closures, and smooth transition to operations.

Key Responsibilities

- New Client Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and secure service contracts with new B2B clients across diverse sectors including corporate offices, manufacturing industries, tech parks, residential societies, retail outlets, and institutional facilities.
- Lead Generation & Networking: Build a robust sales pipeline through direct cold calling, networking, references, and industrial area scouting. Develop strong relationships with Facility Heads, Procurement Managers, HR/Admin Directors, and Security Heads.
- Site Surveys & Security Consulting: Conduct initial physical site visits and requirement assessments at prospective client premises to identify vulnerability points and pitch optimal security guard strength.
- Tenders & Proposals: Lead the end-to-end preparation of customized technical and commercial proposals. Actively track, evaluate, and submit bids for public and private sector security tenders (RFPs).
- Commercial Negotiations: Handle price negotiations, margins, and contract terms, ensuring business profitability while meeting aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue targets.




- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the Recruitment and Operations teams to ensure the sourced security manpower meets specific client criteria (e.g., height, language, training preferences) for seamless onboarding.
- Account Retention & Expansion: Manage key accounts during the initial phases, ensuring timely contract renewals and identifying upselling opportunities (e.g., pitching electronic surveillance integration alongside manpower).
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing models, market trends, and shifting regulatory frameworks governing the local private security sector.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A background in Security Management or military/police discharge is a major advantage.
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of proven B2B sales experience, strictly within private security services, facility management, contractual staffing, or allied manpower outsourcing industries.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of security guard deployment logistics, statutory compliances (like minimum wage structures, employee state insurance, provident fund norms), and local private security regulatory acts.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and high-stakes negotiation skills.
- Ability to compute commercial layouts, pricing matrices, and profitability percentages accurately.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and be highly willing to travel frequently for in office client inspections and business meetings.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
