Rasik Publicity is looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager who can identify new business opportunities and expand our presence across Print & Digital Media.

Your Role:

- Identify and acquire new clients across industries.
- Generate leads and convert opportunities into revenue.
- Pitch print and digital advertising solutions to brands and agencies.
- Develop strong relationships with decision-makers.
- Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve revenue targets.
- Drive repeat business, renewals, and account growth.

The Ideal Candidate: 4–5+ years of relevant sales or business development experience.

Experience in media houses, advertising agencies, or media sales.

Strong client connections and lead-generation capabilities.

Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle.
