? Join Our Team!Insperion Study Abroad Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales team, expand institutional partnerships, and drive business growth in the study abroad industry.

? Key Responsibilities✅ Lead and motivate student counsellors, sales executives, and business development teams to achieve sales targets.

✅ Develop strategies to increase student registrations, conversions, revenue, and overall business growth.

✅ Visit colleges and educational institutions to establish strategic tie-ups and generate student leads.

✅ Plan and execute institutional marketing activities, seminars, education fairs, and student outreach programmes.

✅ Monitor team performance, lead follow-ups, conversion rates, and monthly sales targets.

✅ Coordinate with the marketing team to improve lead generation and business opportunities.





✅ Prepare performance reports and implement strategies to achieve business objectives.

? Who Should Apply?

- Robust leadership, communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Experience in business development, sales management, or team handling.
- Ability to lead a team and consistently achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel for institutional visits and marketing activities.
- Experience in the study abroad or education consultancy industry will be an advantage.
