Bancassurance Business Development

Drive business development through assigned bank branches by building strong relationships with bank stakeholders, identifying sales opportunities, and increasing branch activation.

Sales Planning & Execution

Drive General Insurance and Bancassurance Sales by setting business targets, tracking performance, generating leads, and executing effective sales strategies across assigned branches.

Branch Activation & Capability Building

Activate and engage bank branches through regular interactions and training, strengthening product knowledge and sales capabilities across Retail Health, Liability Insurance, and other General Insurance products.

Relationship Management & Sales Support

Build robust relationships with branch teams and provide ongoing support for Insurance Sales, lead conversion, customer engagement, and achievement of business objectives.

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure adherence to regulatory norms and internal policies while maintaining accurate records and timely reporting of sales performance, branch activation, and business activities.
