Role Description This full-time in office Business Development Manager role is based in Bharuch. The position involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing relationships with clients and partners, and promoting the company’s financial products and services.

The Business Development

Manager will analyze market trends, prepare sales plans, and track performance against targets. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective and existing clients, conducting product presentations,



coordinating with internal teams for proposals and onboarding, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role also requires regular reporting on sales activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines, and contributing to local marketing and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in business development, sales planning, and client relationship management.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in negotiation, presentation, and communication (written and verbal).
- Solid organizational, time management, and follow-up skills to manage multiple client engagements.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic digital platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
