Role Description The Business Development Intern will support the expansion of Nexfore Consulting’s client base and service offerings through structured market and business development activities. This full-time, on-site role based in Thane involves assisting with lead generation, conducting market research, and maintaining prospect databases. The intern will help prepare business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials, and participate in client outreach through calls, emails, and in-person meetings as required.

Daily tasks include collaborating with senior team members, tracking business development metrics,



and providing basic customer service support to ensure consistent follow-up and relationship building. The role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to business development in the safety and consulting services sector.

- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation capabilities and an interest in building and managing prospect pipelines.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including gathering and analyzing industry and competitor information.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on skilled, client-oriented interaction.
- Preferred qualifications include ongoing or completed studies in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Thane, demonstrate initiative, and collaborate within a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort with online communication platforms is beneficial.
